Administrative Assistant

We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a Liverpool based firm.

Successful candidates will be based in the re-mortgage department, this role will provide full support on a daily basis to a team of Fee Earners by conducting administrative tasks in a professional and efficient manner to assist in the smooth running of cases.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Take/make telephone calls
  • Accurately recording information onto the case management system
  • All other related administrative duties
  • Dealing with post/filing/faxes/photocopying/printing

The successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication/organisational skills.

A good standard of PC/Keyboard skills (minimum 30 wpm) are essential.

As well as being customer focused, candidates must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to liaise with people throughout all levels of the organisation.

Legal experience and or Building society/estate agent experience will be advantageous.
