My client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their First Response team within the Industrial Disease department.

Main duties will include:

  • Sorting and distributing incoming post
  • Chasing clients, insurers, courts, GP surgeries and hospitals for documentation
  • Requesting GP records from surgeries
  • Arranging payment for GP/hospital fees
  • Speaking with clients regarding any further information needed
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and will be extremely organised.

Salary will be £12,700 to £13,500 per annum.
