My client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their First Response team within the Industrial Disease department.
Main duties will include:
- Sorting and distributing incoming post
- Chasing clients, insurers, courts, GP surgeries and hospitals for documentation
- Requesting GP records from surgeries
- Arranging payment for GP/hospital fees
- Speaking with clients regarding any further information needed
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and will be extremely organised.
Salary will be £12,700 to £13,500 per annum.
