We are currently recruiting for a URL Claims Handler for our client on the Wirral.

Duties will include, but are not limited to,
• To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigated ULR motor claims from inception to settlement
• To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity
• To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service
• To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance
• Interact and communicate with clients
• Effectively identify matters for litigation
• Efficient use of outbound telephone calls
• Identify own training needs and to request appropriate training to meet own performance targets
• To be supportive of change within the claims handling teams
• To continuously drive improvement in the service delivery to clients
• To continually adhere to client specific protocols and best practice
• To support the firms values and policies in a professional manner actively create a supportive and respectful working environment
• Produces work showing an understanding of relevant facts, case law and research
• Demonstrates competence in own area of expertise
• Goes the extra mile for the client

Candidate Requirements
• Experience of dealing with motor ULR claims
• Experience of dealing with clients
• Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and email
• Customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
• Communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Excellent time keeping skills
• The ability to work as a team and independently
• The ability to manage own workload
