We are recruiting for a Fraud Claims Specialist for our clients firm in Liverpool.

 
Duties will include, but not be limited to,

 
• Meeting time and income contribution targets set
• Meeting relevant KPI’s
• Maintaining accurate Claims Management System records
• Maintaining files in accordance with client SLA’s, internal processes and supervision procedures
• Maintenance of management information in accordance with client requirements
• Liaising with clients and opponent solicitors
• Assisting with both internal & external auditing
• Continually keeping Managers abreast of any client changes and issues
• Carrying out supervisory tasks appropriate to level and as per management instructions
• Ensuring quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
• Making prompt and correct decisions on whether to pay or repudiate claims
• Drafting appropriate documentation
• Identifying and deal with indemnity issues appropriately
• Accurately interpreting Netfoil and other intelligence services

 
Candidate Requirements,

 
• Fraud defendant and motor claims experience for a variety of clients is essential
• Motor claims experience to include LVI, credit hire and indemnity issues
• Prioritise workload and organise own work effectively
• Adhere to internal guidelines and procedures
• Know when to seek guidance and do so effectively
• Flexible approach to work
• Experience in the evaluation, negotiation and settlement of validated claims
• Experience of managing own caseload
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Exercise commercial awareness when carrying out all tasks
