We are recruiting for a Portal Claims Handler to join our clients established personal injury department at their Liverpool based firm.

The successful candidates will manage their own caseload of RTA, MOJ Portal cases and provide a professional and efficient service to the Client from conception to conclusion.

Experience of running RTA PI claims through stages 1 – 3 of the MOJ Portal is essential with particular importance placed on client care and service to referrers including negotiation and settlement of liability / damages and file management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening new claims
  • Obtaining client instructions
  • Liaising with clients
  • Taking/making calls
  • Ability to progress cases efficiently and without delay
  • Accurately recording information onto the case management system
  • All related administrative duties

Successful candidates will have excellent PC/Keyboard skills (minimum 30 wpm).

As well as being customer focused, candidates must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to liaise with people throughout all levels of the organisation.
