We are looking for experienced FNOL Handlers to join the Claims Support department of a Liverpool based CMC.

The role involves taking telephone calls from customers, asking appropriate questions to obtain all the necessary information.

You will lease with third parties and insurers and will be aware of any potential fraudulent claims.

You will also ensure all relevant information is recorded.

Experience Required;

• 12+ months motor claims handling experience
• Sound knowledge of FNOL logging process
• Comprehensive knowledge of motor insurance policy wording and principles
• Excellent customer service skills
• An organised and proactive approach
• Strong negotiation skills

Salary up to £15,000
