Conveyancing Assistant
We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to deal with Residential sale and purchase transactions, Transfer of Equity etc.
Main duties:-
- Liaising with customers, estate agents, Solicitor firms and mortgage providers through letters, facsimiles, telephone and e-mails.
- Carry out exchange of contracts and completions on sale transactions.
- Request redemption figures
- Money Laundering Evidence
- Identification for our customers.
