Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

Acs Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner for our client based near Bradford.

Birth Injury experience would be favoured, however there is scope for training and development.

  • Managing your own, varied caseload and files in-line with National Practice Standards and complying with precedents.
  • Drafting court documents, preparing schedules, creating files, proof reading and briefing counsel.
  • Drafting Witness statements
  • Drafting schedules of Loss
  • Instructing Medical experts
  • Cost budgeting
  • Delegating to more junior fee earners and legal support staff in order to meet required deadlines as well as providing supervision when required

Seeking salary £30 – £40k with benefits, flexi time etc.
