We are recruiting for a Claims Team Leader for our Cheshire based client.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Running reports and producing regular management information. Including Analysis and presentation abilities
  • Training and auditing of staff
  • Negotiating skills
  • Legal Expense Product knowledge
  • Sound Industry knowledge e.g. MIB, Case law,
  • Proclaim experience
  • Ability to carry out and oversee FNOL and its associated services
  • Excellent communications skills including verbal and written
  • Have extensive knowledge of claims and the claims procedure and be able to deal with clients, brokers, insurers, police and various other parties.
