We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator who can manage a small team and preferably has some experience in the legal industry.

The role will involve reporting on sales figures and case progress to management and directors.

The successful candidate will be:
• reliable
• computer literate
• competent with Microsoft office, particularly excel
• extremely well organised
• Experienced with book keeping or financial reporting (desirable)

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of work to their own team and reporting directly to the directors with daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

Hours – Monday to Thursday – 10.45 to 7.15
Friday – 9.45 to 6.15

Salary – £17,000 – £18,000 depending on experience plus annual bonus

A-level qualifications are essential.
