We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (New Claims) for a legal firm in Liverpool.

Duties will include,

–          Receiving/making call to clients, insurance companies, medical agencies and other external agents

–          Setting up new claims on a case management system

–          Sending our initial documents

–          Arranging appointments

–          Monitoring/Chasing return of documents from clients/referral sources

–          Entering data into case management system

–          Sending claims notifications via internet portal

Permanent role

9.30am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday

£10-13k depending on experience
